One of most misunderstanding problems we recently found is that, a lot of customers tend to think auto dialing is networking, actually networking does not mean that at all.

Actually, networking means panel can transmit data to center station in such places as police stattion, Residential Community, when alarming, our panel would send alarm type (fire alarm, buglar alarm, emergency, medical help alarm, tamper alarm, password wrong 3 times alarm) to the police station or Residential Community.

When networking, the date is transmitted by telephone line

Networking protocol: we use the international standard------- Ademco Contact ID

Besides, networking alarm system call auto dial both in networking and not networking status.

1.Based on networking/not networking:

Our sn2300, 5900, 5800G,sn2200 are all ademco contact id panels, the ademco reporting message include: Fire alarm, burglar alarm, Panic alarm (Stay arm zones alarm), Emergency alarm(SOS), medical alarm, tamper alarm, Pin code wrong 3 times alarm, Main fails alarm, Arm, Disarm, Periodical test (once 24 hours)

a.  ademco compatiable panel:

sn2600 is compatibale with ademco protocol, but as it is not based on zone, while on detector type (remote, door contact, pir, smoke/gas detector) to register the wired/wireless detectors, it is not standard.

Therefore, when transmiting date to monitor center, the number it shows is special, e.g. the center station shows 201, which means pir number 1 is alarming, 105 means, door contact number 5 is alarming

Although the reporting message is not as many as the sn2300,2200,5900, it has its own advantage as it can show every detector type and number on the monitor center.

b. not networking panel

sn2800 is the only not networking alarm, it can only auto dial the personal phone numbers, can not call the monitor center or send date.

2. Based on function:

a. GSM Top Grade alarm system

the sn5800g is our top grade panel, it can dial both from gsm or landline,

it has all the following functions:

1.voice prompt for every step, prompt zone number and detector number by voice

2.LCD and blue back-up light, all the setting can be viewed directly on the LCD

3. 85 event log about arming, disarming, and alarming. When alarming, the time, zone number and detector number could be viewable on the LCD

4. Ademco contact id supportable

5. 6 groups timed auto arm/disarm, Away/Stay arm optional

6.  Every zone can be programmed seperately,  it can set to be: watchdog zone, exit/entry delay, 24 hours zone, sounder/silent when alarming, armed/part armed zone. e.g. we can set zone 3 with delay timer, zone 4 without delay, or zone 2 is 24 hours zone, while zone 3 is normal zone, etc.

7. When working with Center Station, the panel can set to speak: after alarm date transmitted, the center station operator can speak directly with the user to make sure whether it is a real alarm or just simply a false alarm, when not working with Center Station, when the panel alarms and auto dial, the user can listen in, speak, sound siren, disarm remotely from user’s phone.

8. Every detector can be set to doorbell when disarmed, every detector can be set to locally alarm(do not dial out) when triggered in disarmed mode

9. every remote can be set to request assistance siren on/off

10. Siren could be set to sound when away arming

11. When using our pir, ceiling mount pir, directional pir and vibration sensor, these sensors can display low voltage on the LCD and should beep

12. Unique watchdog function, monitor the old, patient or important place. When one zone is set to be watchdog zone, during a programmed time, if the sensor not triggered, then the panel would alarm

13.Built in rechargable battery which backs up 12 hour when main fails; Built-in siren, and timer Ic, the time keeps right after power off

14.Remote control, listen in, speak, arm, disarm, or turn on/off the siren from a remote phone

15. Every zone can be seperately armed/disarmed (24 hours zone can not seperately disarmed)

a. Top grade system (with voice prompt and zone number when alarm)

sn5900

sn5900 has the same function as the sn5800G, except it is normal landline system do not support GSM

b.Luxury system (without voice prompt)

sn2300 sn2200 and sn2600   

c.Basic alarm:

sn2800 is the most basic panel of us. Although it has simplest functions, it is very easy to operate, very populor and competive in price, and it is one of our best sellers.

Sn2800: 9 zones, default zone type:

Zone 1-6: normal zones

Zone 7-8: 24 hours zone

Zone 9: interior zones: sensors in this zone do not work when part arm

2200,2300,5800G,5900: 8 groups, 51 sensors

Zone 1: fire alarm zone

Zone 2: panic zone (require assistance urgently)

Zone 3: entry/exit delay zone

Zone 4,5,6: normal zones(burglar alarm)

Zone 7: interior zone (sensors in this zone do not work when part arm)

Zone 8: watchdog zone(specially for monitoring the elder, sick or important places)

2600(A): 32 zones, each zone is defined by zone type

Turn off the power, press Delete key and hold it, turn on the power switch, wait for around 2 seconds, the panel beeps or LCD/LED displays. Then release the delete key. The panel has returned to factory default setting---totally blank now. You can press the remote key to see whether it can still control it.
